Westfill employs people of Aboriginal descent and collaborates closely with Redstone, our Joint Venture partner.

Redstone

We build relationships with First Nation People business organisations and communities to build their capacity and capability to provide opportunities for future work. This sees us work collaboratively to identify relevant and appropriate areas within Westfill (and across sites), where positions for First Nation People may be developed, and work with Traditional Owner groups in remote areas to identify opportunities for First Nation People within current and new contracts.

We actively strive to be respectful at all times of First National People’s cultures. Wherever possible, we develop and participate in training opportunities in a culturally appropriate manner, promoting social awareness and respect throughout the workforce.
